Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I bring a plus one?
Please only RSVP for those listed on your invitation. We cannot accommodate additional people.
Where is it?
The venue is in the Nations neighborhood of Nashville. For those from out of town, its about 20 minutes west of the airport or 10 minutes west of downtown.
Ceremony is at The Maxwell Room, which is around the corner from Nicky's Coal Fired. There will be signage directing you.
There is a happy hour directly after the ceremony, followed by a reception. Both are at Nicky's Coal Fired.
What time should we arrive?
The event starts promptly at 5:30pm, please do not arrive any later. Remember to leave time to park and find your seat.
Is there parking?
There is extremely limited parking onsite. There is limited street parking in the area. We recommend Uber or Lyft from your home or hotel so you can enjoy the night!
How and when to RSVP
We'd appreciate an RSVP as soon as you are able to respond, but no later than Tuesday, September 24th. The RSVP portal will be closed after that date.
You can RSVP here on the website under RSVP by typing in your name.
You can also return the RSVP card to us in the mail. Don't forget to write your name and add a stamp.
Can I take pictures and post online?
We will have an amazing professional photographer for this event. We kindly ask that you do not have your phones out during the ceremony. During the happy hour and reception you can take as many photos as you like.
We also ask that you do not immediately post photos of the Bride & Groom on social media, please wait for them to do so.
What food will be served?
There will be an Italian food buffet for dinner, with vegetarian options. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages included; liquor and cocktails will be available for purchase at the bar. Please see the Nicky's Coal Fired website for some menu examples https://www.nickysnashville.com/menu.
